Photo Left: Doug Toone of Jewelry Design Center received First Prize honors based on originality, artistic flair, and quality of workmanship. The pendant was judged the award-winning piece in jewelry design at the Independent Jewelers Organization's international show held recently in Chicago. The contest was open to all I.J.O. (Independent Jewelers Organization) members in the United States.
